The Wilson County Republican Party invites all registered Republicans to attend the 2025 Annual Convention on March 18, 2025. This event is an important occasion for party members to come together, elect leadership, and discuss the direction of the party. Whether you're looking to get more involved, learn about upcoming opportunities, or simply show your support, this is the event for you!

📍 Location: Wilson Elks Lodge, 2814 Fieldstream Dr., Wilson, NC
🕔 Sign-In Opens: 5:00 PM (Verify party affiliation)

Who Can Attend?

This convention is open to all registered Republicans in Wilson County. If you’re a non-Republican, you’re still welcome to attend as a guest, but please note that guests will not be able to vote. To avoid any confusion, guests will be seated separately during the voting portion of the event.

Agenda Overview

• 5:15 PM - 6:15 PM | Precinct Meetings – Join your local precinct for discussion and elections of precinct leadership.
• 6:30 PM | County Convention Begins
  • Elect party officers and executive committee members
  • Accept the Party's Plan of Organization
  • Select delegates for the First Congressional District and NCGOP conventions

Important: To serve as a delegate at the District and NCGOP conventions, you must be elected at the county convention. While being elected doesn’t require you to attend the conventions, it gives you the ability to vote if you do.

Guest Speakers and Refreshments

In addition to our business meeting, we’ll be hearing from several guest speakers who will share valuable insights and updates on key political issues. We’ll also take a short break for food and networking.

• Cost: Free to attend, though donations are appreciated to help cover food costs
• Food & Drinks: Light snacks and tea/water will be available. Other non-alcoholic drinks can be purchased.
• Alcohol: No alcohol during the convention, but the bar will open once the event concludes.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make your voice heard, learn about the party’s priorities, and get involved in shaping the future of Wilson County’s Republican leadership.
